I’m still not sure if I really want to spend time and space posting all of my training. I have it all written down in my training book, but it is kind of a pain in the ass to write it again. Here is a sample day.

4 mile morning hike, then:
15 min at 11% grade warm up
3×10 back squat
3×12 overhead press
3×10 lateral step up to curtsy lunge
3×10 pullups
3×10 power pushup
3×10 bent over row
abs
stretch.
